Specialist with over 35 years of professional playing and coaching experience in the UK and North America.

 

I Currently work as Head of Academy Goalkeeping at Newcastle United FC, Goalkeeping Coach for the Northern Ireland Men’s National Team, and a Scottish FA / UEFA Goalkeeping Course Tutor.

​UEFA licensed coach and coach educator with extensive experience across academy, professional, and international football.​

My coaching journey has taken me to a wide range of countries, supporting clubs, academies, and national teams in building clear and effective goalkeeper development pathways.

 

 specialising in designing modern, integrated goalkeeping programmes that align with a club’s or association’s game model, combining video analysis, performance data, and sports science to prepare goalkeepers to perform consistently at the highest level.
